Act as counsel and provide special legal service for hundreds of real estate and construction enterprises. Main business scope:
◆Act as counsel for real estate and construction enterprises;
◆Represent clients to fulfill legal formalities for the sale, transfer, lease and mortgage of land use rights, residential home mortgage loan, to guarantee, buy-back, purchase, or sale in advance of real estate, the registry of property rights, land requisition and relocation compensation, and to otherwise provide consulting service;
◆Represent clients to draft and examine legal documents concerning land acquisition, project layout, bid and tender procedures, project financing, project construction and supervision, rent or sale of houses, real estate management and so on
◆Represent clients to recover the project arrears, handle disputes concerning the quality, cost, time limits and warranties that pertain construction by means of mediation, arbitration or litigation
◆Represent clients to handle disputes concerning real estate development, construction, operation, purchasing and selling, lease, guarantee, mortgage, insurance and estate management by means of mediation, arbitration or litigation
◆Participate in project negotiation, assist in inspecting project qualifications. We also provide attorneys as witness and risk consultants for the signing of contracts. Act as counsel and provide legal special service for hundreds of real estate and construction enterprises.
